The Zeal of Living

 Nowadays, it must be really common to hear the word 'stress' in your daily lives or you must use this term after handling problems or even overburdening yourself with work. May it is in adults or children stress has become a daily problem that is usually ignored in many ways. Last year India recorded an average of 418 suicide cases wherein a year around 8.2% were the students of the 1.5 lakh suicide cases. No one likes to hear or even discuss such topics but this is a major problem that needs to be handled and solved. Most adults do this out of excessive stress, depression, family problems, and many other causes. Whereas children that are mostly teenagers may try giving up life due to depression and stress of studies, being pressured by parents, teachers, or even friends. 

I think the major reason for this problem is that people do not share their opinion or do not open up to themselves among others. They handle problems and all the other hardships they are going through on their own and do not like discussing them with others. In this way, people start predicting about them and gradually without knowing constantly judge them. Also even consulting a professional is hard as society judges you for that too. Having a different outlook than others is not always favorable because sometimes the opposition may suppress you to such an extent that you start being uncomfortable and worrying about it. You may not even notice and this might become excessive stress, many people even after months cannot figure out what problem they are basically going through. In such kinds of circumstances, people may think it's the end for them even if it is not.


These kinds of ideas or thoughts are of course unnecessary and the growing minds of teenagers or adults must not think of them. In such situations, it is best to take a break, give yourself some time and spend time with your loved ones too. Think about going on a vacation or just being at home. Find out what gives you the utmost happiness of all times and indulge in such activities. For me whenever I feel low I write or just watch something that makes me happy. You must also find your own source of happiness it can be drawing, traveling, filming, dancing or singing, and much more. But remember to not make such things distractions, make them hobbies. It might take time to find joy or to find people who are trustworthy in life. Yet, it is important to take the first step, we never know what is coming ahead in life that's is why make time to live it fully than totally making it perfect. Remember to acknowledge yourself every day for giving your total best.☺

It is really astonishing to see such deep clarity in thoughts for such delicate and sensitive matters...really amazed..Very aptly said that having trustworthy friend really helps...And who else is better than parents in such cases...You can be a very good motivational writer in future...Keep writing :-)
