Defining Happiness

 Many people state happiness as an emotion of merry joy or else when you're floating on cloud nine. But I think happiness is something incomprehensible, literally it means 'good luck'. when we are around someone we love or care about we just fully enjoy what we are doing a sudden emotion of happiness surrounds us. Imagine after a hard working weekday you have a relaxing and calm weekend it will eventually make you feel good and satisfied. Being happy and keeping yourself at ease sometimes in rough situation could be hard too but it is always OK , because I believe to grow up mentally every person must go through every emotion in life from sadness to happiness with the people they love around them and that is what makes the journey unexceptionally beautiful and memorable. 

I believe some or many of you must have failed once in life while trying something new but how many of you remember that feeling after you finally accomplish the task. It would definitely be wonderful, you would have felt satisfied and fulfilment thus happy! I remember when I first learned how to ride a bicycle, I didn't fell once but the joy I felt after it was surely amazing. Just like that think of solving the sum you find the hardest after trying many times. Yes exactly you fell happy. Being happy is a therapy as it boosts your immune system makes your heart healthy and reduce pain. Moreover, It increases life expectancy! Well now who wouldn't love that. 

Most of the people are like," Oh I can never be happy!". Its never like that you will forever be sad if you want to be happy you need to have a positive attitude. Increase your smiling habit by doing what you love. Be around good people and build healthy relationships in life as we know happy people spread love. Get a grip on your values and accept the present may it be harsh as storm or happy as rain. You'll always find people to judge you or to state you bad but all you need to do is find your true happiness. At last, Actual happiness comes from within thus just love yourself.
